Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
  • 1/2cup water
  • 1/2cup milk
  • 1 cup flour,rice, coconut or wheat
  • 3/4cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce,buffalo style if you can find it
  • 1Tbl butter,melted
  • 1tsp garlicpowder
  • 1head cauliflower
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into florets (4 to 6 cups). It is best to use fresh cauliflower so it won’t get mushy.
  4. Whisk together the water, milk, flour and garlic. Coat each floret with the batter, letting any excess drip off.
  5. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until edges brown.
  7. Combine the hot sauce and butter.
  8. Remove from the oven and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Be sure they are well coated.
  9. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
