The solution was multi-faceted for me, but three particular lifestyle changes had the most effect. The answer is slightly different for each of us. We are all bio-individuals with different physiological needs, deficiencies, and strengths. However, the BIG THREE are basic changes recommended for everyone who suffers from sleepless nights.
As much as we would like to find that one miracle trick (or pill) that allows us to sleep restfully, that’s just not realistic for most hardcore insomniacs. Or even if a pill does knock you out for the night, is that the long term solution you want? Probably not, or you wouldn’t be reading this article.
